The menagerie is a place where people put magical creatures. A magical goose named Pelly that lives in the menagerie and lays golden eggs disappears and/or is killed or eaten and a dragon is blamed. Three kids who work there named Zoe, Logan and Blue team up to find out if she got killed who killed her. I found this book at the library while trying to find “Wings Of Fire”(I will do a book report on one of those books soon so do not worry!). I saw it and decided to check it out and read it. It was exciting and surprising. It had so much suspense that I couldn't put it down and read it in two hours!!!! It is the second book of the series (I already read the first one) . I recommend this series for readers age 9+ who like fantasy books and mythical creatures.
